  4. Quality Control: Our quality control team reviews the transcribed text to ensure accuracy and adherence to client specifications.
  5. Delivery: The final, error-free transcript or text is delivered to the client in the requested format, such as Microsoft Word or Google Docs.
  6. Invoicing; The client receives an invoice for the delivered work in line with the price agreed upon. Payment within 14 days from invoice date.
