1. Client Submission: Clients submit their audio recordings, handwritten notes, or printed documents for typing or transcription.
2. Review and Acceptance: We review the submitted materials and confirm the project details with the client, including turnaround time and any specific formatting requests.
3. Typing or Data entry: Our team of professional typists type or transcribe the submitted materials into clear, well-formatted text.
4. Quality Control: Our quality control team reviews the transcribed text to ensure accuracy and adherence to client specifications.
5. Delivery: The final, error-free transcript or text is delivered to the client in the requested format, such as Microsoft Word or Google Docs.
6. Invoicing; The client receives an invoice for the delivered work in line with the price agreed upon. Payment within 14 days from invoice date.

Standard fees in Euros and exclusive of 21% VAT:

• Copy typing;            €0.02 per word
• Text revision:           €0.01 per word
  
• Proofreading:          €0.03 per word
• Formatting:              €25.00 per hour
• Text translation:      €0.11 per word**
• Transcription:           €1.15 per minute audio

Terms:

1. We normally aim for a 2 working days delivery time unless it is a special project.
2. A 25% surcharge will be applied for rush orders (1 working day).
3. Payment must always be made within 14 days of the invoice date.
